We build a simple tool that serves the clinic — not the other way round

MADAD is an Arabic-first system for medical centers and clinics in Jordan, designed to give doctors and their teams more time with patients and less time with paperwork and screens.

Our story

We started from the clinic day as it really is

In many clinics and medical centers, appointments are split between a notebook and a phone, reminders are sent one message at a time, and prescriptions are written on paper that can get lost. At the same time, many available systems are designed for large hospitals and feel complicated for a clinic with one or two doctors and a receptionist.

So we built MADAD around the real daily tasks: booking with an instant warning for any clash, one-click WhatsApp messages, one medical record shared by the center’s doctors, documentation the way each doctor prefers with a form that fits their specialty, and an invoice calculated automatically with insurance and each doctor’s share — in an Arabic interface the team learns in under an hour.

Built for Jordan

Every detail reflects the Jordanian clinic

We didn’t localize an off-the-shelf system — we built it for Jordan from the first line:

  • The Jordanian dinar with three decimals, Latin digits, and Amman time.
  • Jordanian phone numbers, and WhatsApp reminders with a ready message.
  • The local insurance companies your clinic works with.
  • Payment by CliQ, e-wallets and bank transfer.
  • Compliance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023.

Our mission and vision

Towards a better-organized clinic

We believe good technology works quietly in the background, giving the medical team its time back for the patient.

Our mission

To let the clinic team get through its day with the least effort possible, so it can focus on what matters: the patient.

Our vision

For MADAD to be the first choice for medical centers and clinics in Jordan — the tool doctors recommend to their colleagues.
