About MADAD

An Arabic-first cloud system for medical centers and clinics in Jordan across every specialty: appointments and WhatsApp messages, one shared medical record, specialty documentation forms, billing with insurance and doctor commissions, and reports — in one interface your team masters in under an hour.

Yes. You choose your center’s clinic types at sign-up, and each specialty becomes a “clinic” that opens visits with its own documentation form — while each patient keeps one medical record that all the center’s doctors can see.

No. MADAD runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones, with no installation and no server at your center.

Yes. Each user chooses their language: Arabic right-to-left or English left-to-right. Doctors document in Arabic or English and the text takes the right direction automatically, while prescriptions and ICD-10 codes stay in English.

No. MADAD is a tool for the center’s team, and reception books appointments by phone or in person. Patients can find doctors in the doctors directory and contact them directly.

Plans & limits

Yes. You can try MADAD free for 7 days with one doctor and up to 10 patients, with no payment needed. If you pay during the trial, your year starts from the date the payment is accepted.

The three plans differ in the number of doctors, the number of patient records and some features such as voice documentation. You’ll find the full comparison and a plan finder on the pricing page.

No. The patient limit is the total number of patient records at your center; it’s cumulative and doesn’t reset on renewal. When you reach it, your existing patients stay fully available, and you’ll need to upgrade to add new ones.

No — reception staff are unlimited on every plan. A center manager who is also a doctor counts towards the doctor limit.

You can upgrade at any time from the subscription page. Downgrading requires your active doctors and total patients to be within the lower plan’s limits.

Payment & renewal

Transfer the subscription fee via CliQ, an e-wallet or a bank transfer, then upload the receipt from your center’s dashboard; the subscription is activated after review by the MADAD team.

From the date your payment is accepted. If you renew early, the new period is added to the end of your current one, so you don’t lose a single day.

Yes — all prices shown are yearly and include sales tax of 0%.

The center’s account is locked until renewal, while the manager can still pay and export the data. Nothing is deleted, and everything returns as soon as the payment is accepted. If you send your renewal payment before expiry, your account won’t be locked while it’s being reviewed. A free trial’s data and files, however, are deleted automatically if the center doesn’t subscribe within seven days after it ends.

Patients pay reception in cash right after the visit — the amount set by the doctor, after any insurance share and discount. For tax invoices there’s a direct button to the national e-invoicing system.

Privacy & security

The center’s doctors and its manager, for continuity of care — with a log of who opened the record and when. Reception never sees any medical details, and can’t be given that permission.

No. The MADAD team manages subscriptions and reviews public community content (the Bazaar, forum, ads and doctors directory), and has no access to any center’s patients, visits, invoices or reports.

No. Every approved note is stamped with its author and time and is never edited or deleted; any correction is added as an addendum below it. Drafts are approved automatically when the visit ends or at the end of the day.

It’s kept on MADAD’s servers, isolated for each center. Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends, and the manager can export all the center’s data at any time. The one exception is a center that ends its free trial without subscribing: its data and files are deleted automatically seven days after the trial ends.

No patient or clinic data ever reaches an advertiser. Ads are shown inside the Platform only, and any contact afterwards happens directly, at the clinic’s own initiative.

Everyday use

In one click WhatsApp opens with a ready message containing the patient’s name and appointment — to confirm a booking, send a reminder or say thank you after the visit — and reception sends it, with the send recorded in the system.

In four ways that can be combined in the same visit: text, a voice note (on the Growth and Unlimited plans), a file or photo, or a link to a lab or imaging result — plus the specialty form, such as the dental chart or growth curves.

The doctor, when the visit ends. Reception sees the amount locked under the doctor’s name, applies the insurance share and collects the rest in cash — without being able to change it.

The manager sets a fixed percentage for each doctor, and the system automatically splits every paid invoice between the doctor and the center. Each doctor follows their own statement, and settling up takes one click with a printed payment voucher.

Yes. The manager sets each doctor’s and staff member’s permissions precisely — appointments, patients, payments, reports, export and more. Reception can never be given medical permissions.

Yes — to an Excel file in one click, for anyone with export permission.

Community & ads

A space where a center manager lists equipment or supplies for sale or hand-over; listings go live after review by the MADAD team for 30 days and can be renewed. Any deal is made directly between the seller and the other party.

Doctors and managers at subscribing centers, as long as the center’s account is active. Posts can be aimed at one or more specialties or at everyone, with a report button on every post and reply.

A doctor appears automatically with their photo, name, specialty, clinic and personal phone number as long as their center’s account is active, and they or the center manager can turn this off at any time.

Register as an advertiser; once your request is accepted, create your ad and choose the clinic types to target, and it’s published after review. Details are on the Advertise page.
