Everything your clinic needs in a day… in one simple system

From booking appointments and reminding patients to documenting with specialty forms, collecting payments and doctor commissions — in an Arabic-first interface your team masters in under an hour.

Reception & appointments

The whole clinic day on one screen

Reception sees every doctor’s appointments and can register any visitor with any doctor, with smart filters for tomorrow and the nearest slots.

  • Today’s appointments for all doctors, with ready filters: today, tomorrow, nearest, this week, and tomorrow’s reminders.
  • Quick search from any screen by name, phone, file number or national ID (Ctrl + K).
  • Searching by phone shows every family member registered on that number, and adding a new one takes a click.
  • An automatic warning when the same doctor is booked twice at the same time, even in two different clinics.
  • Walk-in patients go straight into the queue, with clear statuses: booked, confirmed, no reply, arrived, with the doctor, completed.

For: Reception and the center manager, and doctors according to their permissions

Patient record

One record with everything about the patient

Personal details, the medical record, visits, specialty records and attachments in clear tabs — and every user sees only what concerns them.

  • Automatic file number, full four-part name, age calculated from date of birth, and ID type and number.
  • Medical history: allergies, chronic conditions, medications, surgeries and blood type.
  • Two kinds of alerts: administrative ones everyone sees, and medical ones for doctors only — never shown to reception.
  • Categorized attachments (lab results, imaging, insurance card), plus the patient’s insurance with an alert when the card expires.
  • A medical record shared by the center’s doctors for continuity of care, with a log of who opened the record and when.

For: All users, each according to their permissions

Illustration of a patient record: basic details, an administrative alert, an allergy alert, the record tabs, medical history, and family members on the same number.

WhatsApp messages

Ready WhatsApp messages in one click

WhatsApp opens with the message ready — the patient’s name, appointment and doctor — and reception sends it with one click, with no extra subscription.

  • Three professional templates: booking confirmation, appointment reminder and thank-you — with variables for name, date, time, doctor and clinic.
  • Every click is logged as “sent” with the time and staff member, so you know who has been reminded and who hasn’t.
  • When the patient replies, reception marks the appointment “confirmed” — or “no reply” if they don’t.
  • Send a discount code to the patient over WhatsApp the same way.

For: Reception and the clinic manager

Visit documentation

Document your way: text, voice, file or link

Four buttons on the visit screen, and you can use more than one method in the same visit. Any of them marks the visit as “documented”.

  • Write the reason for visit, diagnosis and prescription in English or Arabic — the text takes the right direction automatically.
  • An optional ICD-10 diagnosis code that appears in the insurance claims report.
  • Record a voice note in one click; it’s saved to the visit record and you can listen to it any time.
  • Photograph a handwritten note or a lab result with your phone, attach a PDF, or add a link to a lab result or imaging.
  • Once approved, documentation is never edited or deleted — any correction is added as an addendum with the doctor’s name and time, plus a list of undocumented visits.
  • Print the prescription and visit summary on the clinic’s letterhead.

GrowthVoice documentation is included in the Growth and Unlimited plans; text, files and links are in every plan.

For: Doctors — and the center’s doctors can view it for continuity of care

Visit documentation screen: four documentation buttons with item counts, two voice notes and an attached lab file.

Specialty forms

A documentation form for every specialty

The center picks its specialties at sign-up; each becomes a “clinic” within the center that opens visits with its own form, with the data stored neatly in the patient record.

  • Dentistry: an interactive FDI chart for adult, child or mixed dentition, with each tooth’s condition and procedure in color and symbol.
  • Pediatrics: weight, height and head circumference on growth curves, and a vaccination card following the national program.
  • OB-GYN: gestational age and expected due date calculated automatically, plus pregnancy follow-up visits.
  • Dermatology & cosmetics: a body map, a log of sessions and materials, and before-and-after photos.
  • Internal & chronic care: diabetes, blood-pressure and lipid indicators on charts, and vital signs at every visit.

For: Doctors, each in their specialty’s clinic

FDI dental chart: teeth colored by condition (caries, filling, root canal, crown, missing), with a color key and the latest procedure.

Billing & insurance

A correct invoice in seconds, without complex accounting

The doctor sets the amount when the visit ends; the system applies the insurance share and then the discount, and reception collects the rest in cash without changing the amount.

  • The doctor picks the services or sets the amount, and reception sees it locked under the doctor’s name.
  • The insurance companies your clinic works with, each with a coverage percentage or a copay.
  • Amount received and change are calculated automatically, and the receipt is printed.
  • No debts or balances on patients, and cancelling a paid invoice is for the manager only, with a reason.
  • A monthly claims report for each insurer, plus a direct button to the national e-invoicing system for tax invoices.

For: The doctor sets the amount; reception collects it

Illustration of a visit invoice: two covered services totalling 40 dinars, an insurance share of 32 dinars, a 10% discount on the patient’s share, and 7.200 dinars due in cash.

Doctor commissions

Every doctor’s share, clear… with no side spreadsheets

The manager sets a fixed share for each doctor when adding them, and the system automatically splits every paid invoice between the doctor and the center.

  • Total revenue, doctors’ shares, the center’s net, and what’s paid and remaining for each doctor.
  • Filter by doctor, day, month or any period, with export and print.
  • Settle with a doctor in one click: the amount and method are recorded, deducted from their balance, and a payment voucher is printed.
  • Doctors follow their own statement — due, paid and remaining — with no editing rights.

For: The manager in full, and each doctor for their own account

This month’s doctor commissions: total revenue, doctors’ shares and the center’s net, a table of two doctors with their shares and balances, and a settle button.

Discounts & referrals

Simple marketing tools for your clinic

Create discount codes for your own clinic’s patients, and see who refers new patients to you — referrals are completely free.

  • A percentage or fixed-amount discount, with a cap, start and end dates, and usage limits.
  • For all patients, new patients, selected patients or selected services — with a “Not valid for insured patients” option.
  • A clear message when a code is refused: expired, used up, or not allowed for this patient.
  • A referral code for every patient, and a report of top referrers and new patients from referrals.

For: The manager creates and applies codes; reception can apply them with permission

Illustration of a 10% discount code for all patients, valid until 31 December, with its usage, and a referral code card for a patient who referred three people.

Reports

Your clinic’s numbers, clearly in front of you

Short reports that answer everyday questions — and each role sees only the reports that concern it.

  • Attendance, no-show and cancellation rates, plus reminders sent and confirmed — by period and doctor.
  • New versus returning patients, and appointments per doctor.
  • The monthly financial summary, doctor commissions and the center’s net — for the manager only.
  • Specialty reports such as due vaccinations and upcoming due dates, plus Excel export and printing.

For: The manager in full, doctors for their own reports, and reception according to permissions

Illustration of the attendance report: 91% attendance, 6% no-shows, 214 reminders sent this month, and a bar chart of appointments per weekday.

Doctors’ community

A bazaar and forum for subscribers only

A space open only to registered users at subscribing centers, where doctors share expertise and equipment — moderated by MADAD.

  • Doctors’ Bazaar — Buy & Sell: the center manager lists a product with its name, photo, description, contact number and governorate, published after review.
  • Doctors’ forum: posts and threaded replies between doctors across all centers, aimed at one specialty or everyone.
  • A “Report” button on every listing, post and reply, and the MADAD team removes any offensive content.
  • A clear disclaimer: any deal is between the seller and the other party only.

For: Doctors and center managers at subscribing centers — during the free trial too

Roles & permissions

Everyone sees only what they need

The center manager sets each doctor’s and staff member’s permissions precisely — and reception can never be given medical permissions.

Center manager

Sees everything about their center, and sets each doctor’s and staff member’s permissions and each doctor’s share — and can be a doctor too.

Doctor

Sees the records of all the center’s patients, documents visits, sets the amount and follow-up date, and follows their own statement.

Reception

Registers patients and appointments, sends WhatsApp messages and collects payments according to their permissions — and never sees medical details.

Privacy & peace of mind

Your patients’ data is safe

MADAD is built to protect patient privacy and to reassure the clinic about its data in every situation.

Each center’s data is isolated

Users only see their own center’s data; the only things shared across centers are the Bazaar, the forum and the doctors directory.

A medical record that can’t be edited

Every approved note is stamped with its author and time and is never edited or deleted; any correction is added as an addendum below it.

No patient data for advertisers

Ads never appear in the patient record, documentation or printouts, and no patient information is ever sent to advertisers.

A log of every access

The center manager can see a log of who opened a patient’s record and when.

Your data is never deleted

If the subscription stops, the account is locked until renewal, while the manager can still export all the center’s data.

Not even the MADAD team can see it

The MADAD team manages subscriptions and reviews public community content, and can’t access any center’s patients, visits or invoices.
