Paying your subscription

Pay the way that suits you

Payment is by transfer only, so we never ask for bank card details. The full transfer details appear on the payment page in your clinic dashboard.

CliQ

Transfer to MADAD’s CliQ alias from your banking app.

E-wallets

Transfer to MADAD’s wallet number from your e-wallet.

Bank transfer (IBAN)

A bank transfer to MADAD’s account using the IBAN and beneficiary name.

    From the subscription page in your clinic dashboard, where the amount due is shown.

  2. Transfer the amount

    By CliQ, e-wallet or bank transfer — and if you have a discount code, enter it before transferring.

  3. Upload the receipt

    Enter the reference number and transfer date, and attach a photo of the payment receipt.

  4. Your subscription is activated

    Once the MADAD team reviews and accepts the payment, for a full year.

Renewal & upgrades

Flexibility throughout your subscription

  • Upgrade at any time

    Move to a higher plan at any time during your subscription and pay only the price difference for the remaining days.

  • Renewing early loses no days

    If you renew before your subscription ends, the new year is added to the end of your current term.

  • Reminders before it ends

    We alert you 30 days, 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before your subscription ends.

  • If the subscription stops

    The clinic account is locked until renewal, no data is deleted, and the clinic manager can still export the clinic’s data.

Yes, the prices shown include sales tax of 0%, and the subscription invoice shows the net amount and tax separately.

All your patient records stay fully available, but you can’t add a new patient until you move to a higher plan and pay only the price difference for the remaining days. For the doctor limit, you can also deactivate an existing doctor to add another. The limit is cumulative and does not reset on renewal — and for a custom limit for your clinic, contact us.

Not at the moment. Payment is by transfer via CliQ, e-wallet or bank transfer, then uploading a photo of the receipt from the clinic dashboard.

Once the MADAD team reviews the receipt and accepts the payment, and it runs for a full year from the acceptance date — while an early renewal adds its year to the end of your current term. If a payment is rejected, you see the reason and can try again.

The trial ends when the payment is accepted and its remaining days are not added, but your full subscription year starts from the acceptance date.

No. The doctor sets the amount due when the visit ends, and the patient pays the clinic in cash and in full — MADAD only records the invoice and receipt.

No. A discount code applies to a new subscription or renewal payment according to the code’s terms, with one code per payment.

The clinic account is locked until renewal: doctors and reception staff can’t sign in, while the clinic manager can still pay and export the data. Nothing is deleted, and everything returns as soon as the payment is accepted. A free trial’s data, however, is deleted automatically if the center doesn’t subscribe within seven days after it ends.
